Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

All Account balances, Wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jaya does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by jaya on ৳ BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which jaya accepts no responsibility.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, only Wagers placed using eligible games count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed using real-money Funds count separately from Bonus Fund wagering requirements unless the promotion states otherwise.
jaya takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Systematic exploitation of promotions through low-risk wagering strategies, collusion between accounts, use of multiple Accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay is prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, jaya reserves the right to void all related Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to permanently close the Account.
All Bonus Funds and free bets carry an expiry date from the time of credit. Bonus Funds not utilised and wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to check and comply with expiry conditions for any active bonus.

Void bets are returned as the original stake to the Player's Account.

You agree that any claim against jaya must be brought within one year from the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought outside this limitation period are waived.
